Dan Laplain’s professional career has focused primarily on developing and optimising processes, building an impressive track record of experience in operations and quality management across a wide range of industries throughout North America and the UK, as well as in Italy and the Netherlands.
Dan’s work has enabled clients in the manufacturing and service sectors, mining, not for profit and food sectors make significant, rapid and measurable improvements to operations, including reducing cost and operational risks, and improving customer satisfaction and profitability.
He came to operations management through defence contracting and aircraft manufacturing, and then as a successful consultant with one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. Dan also provides coaching and mentoring services to business leaders and entrepreneurs.
