Michael has over 35 years of business experience with progressive responsibility in sales, sales and marketing management, operations and general management. His accomplishments include exponential revenue and income growth at three medical device companies over a 25 year period in which he was the GM and President.
These achievements occurred through strong operational management, with a focus on team building, leadership, customer service, distribution excellence and making sound business decisions every day.
Michael has also led his business through several successful transitions where staff and customer retention were achieved as well as growth in the marketplace. He is familiar with change management and working in difficult and challenging circumstances.
Michael also spent time serving on a number of boards including the Johnson and Johnson Canadian Presidents Board and HMRC at Queens University.
