Bruce is an experienced executive, a professional who has worked in a number of disciplines but his primary emphasis is on finance and accounting.
He has devoted most of his career to finance, starting with public accounting, followed by insolvency and turnaround assignments and, more recently, he has been associated with a mergers and acquisitions practice. Additional experience was obtained as a senior financial executive at two multinational corporations.
Over the years, Bruce has worked with several hundred businesses in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and service. They have ranged from start-up owner operated to multinational public companies.
His time has also been dedicated to community activities including vice-president of a large local credit union, author of the insolvency manual for the Ontario credit union system and he has been active in politics including serving as campaign manager for a successful Federal MP. Also, Bruce has taught in various finance programmes and has written a weekly business column for a major regional newspaper.
